SECTION 4 — PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that photographs, colors, or design placements will appear exactly the same on every screen or physical product
. Differences may result from screen settings, fabric texture, or normal manufacturing variations

SECTION 5 — PRINTING AND PRODUCTION VARIATIONS Normal production variations (slight differences in color or design placement up to 0.5 inch) are not considered defects

SECTION 6 — SIZING Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before ordering
. Because items are custom-printed for you, a product is not defective merely because you dislike the fit if it matches the size you selected

SECTION 7 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer an alternative, cancel the item, or issue a refund

SECTION 16 — MULTIPLE PACKAGES Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages from different facilities on different dates

SECTION 17 — REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES Because items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer errors (wrong size, color, or "buyer’s remorse")
. Manufacturing defects or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence

SECTION 18 — WORN, WASHED, OR USED PRODUCTS We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or altered, unless a qualifying manufacturing defect (like a failing seam) becomes apparent during proper care

SECTION 19 — CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ADDRESSES Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
